It runs for 14 weekly 2-hour digestible chunks, with ~2 more hours of practice time per week in smaller groups.
It aligns with my EBAC book and the Agile Coaching Growth Wheel.
It will round out your team’s coaching skills beyond simply asking questions and facilitating.
Attendees will spend significant time reflecting, learning, and practicing outside the class.
