A few years ago, I ran an Agile Coaching Circle for a couple of years. It was a loose Lean Coffee format where agile folks of all experience levels could come, share challenges, get/give coaching advice, collaborate, and have fun.
At the beginning of COVID-19, I thought it might be fun to restart the Circles to collaborate with like-mind colleagues. But I changed the name to Agile Moose Herd. This was around mid-2020.
As of today, June 2023, the Herd continues to run, grow, and provide a safe space for agile conversations, collaboration, and learning. Consider joining us…
Schedule
January 2022, until…
Beginning March 28th, the Herd will be meeting every—
Wednesday @10am ET (New York)
Friday @1pm ET (New York)
The herd will meet for ~60 minutes depending on topics, # of attendees, interests, etc.
As of January 5, 2022, the Herd leadership will change slightly. I will be stepping back into a supporting role to allow other Mooses to facilitate & lead the discussions in the Herd. The group that will be supporting our Mooses includes:
And yes, I (Bob Galen, aka, Agile Moose) will visit as often as possible. I’m excited to see what emerges from this group!!!
SLACK
To become a member of the Herd, you’ll need to join our Slack workspace, so please do that here. I’ll be using Slack for meeting dynamics updates, such as cancellations, schedule updates, and Zoom link information.
It will also provide a place for ongoing Herd collaboration. Which I hope becomes quite active with lots of Mooses.

As I said, it will be a loose Lean Coffee’ ish format.
If we have many attendees, we may break into rooms for special interest discussions.
No need to RSVP. Come & go as you please.
